DNNFolderProviders

Intelequia DNNFolderProviders is a set of folder providers for DNN 7.x, allowing the integration of external and cloud based file systems. Folder providers available for Amazon, Microsoft Azure Storage, Dropbox, File System Shared Folders and SharePoint Online (Office 365). More providers will be included in the same package soon.

Windows Azure Folder Provider

Easily integrates Windows Azure Storage into your DNN 6.x instance.
Allows multiple instances of the provider pointing to different storage containers.
Allows integration with development storage on your local development environment.
Allows the creation of public or private containers. The public blob URLs will be the public Azure blob URL. The private blobs contents are served by your DNN instance checking the configured file access permissions.
Allows the configuration of Azure Storage custom domains. This enables using URLs like "http(s)://storage.mydomain.com/..." for public blobs and to use the CDN characteristics of Windows Azure.
Automatically creates place holders (empty blobs) for empty folders.
Fully localizable.
An option for Read Only access ensures that the Azure Storage will not be modified if you want.
Ideal for your DNN CE Azure hosted instances (see dnnazureaccelerator.codeplex.com).

Dropbox Folder Provider

Added support for connecting a Dropbox account with your DNN 6.x instance.
You can use different Dropbox accounts within the same portal.
Support for Public and Private folders. Public folder URLs will be served directly from Dropbox. The private ones needs.
DNN file permissions to access them.
An option for Read Only access ensures that the Dropbox contents will not be modified if you want.
Improved cached access to Dropbox from server side.

File System Folder Provider

Added support for adding a folder from local server outside the default portal location, i.e. another drive location.
Added support for connecting to a share on a network server using SMB protocol, ideal for publishing the documents from your file server.
Added support for impersonation to use other credentials while accesing the remote files and folders
The configuration of this provider is allowed by default to host users only.

Amazon S3 Folder Provider

Licensing

You can download and try the product on your local environment for free, using "localhost" or "*.local" namespaces. You can also use it on staging Azure instances where the URL matches the pattern "{deploymentid}.cloudapp.net".
The purchased license is perpetual for the current released version. There is a period of maintenance of one year between you can upgrade your licensed product for free.
